Arnel is an active duty Air Force officer and Tess is an active volunteer at Catholic High School. They have 3 children: Kaeci, a graduate of Catholic High School and currently a student at UAH; Nicco, an 11th grader at CHS; and Xande, a 6th grader at Monrovia Middle School.  The Libarios participated in a fundraiser for Catholic High, and were "X-static" to win and take home their new vehicle.  Congratulations!  And thank you for your hard work in our communities!
